When was the last time you heard a man say out loud: “I’m struggling and I need some support”? For most men, those words never leave their mouths. In my work as a therapist, I see how deeply men carry the pressure or the expectation to be “fine,” to keep emotions under wraps, to push through silently. It’s a story many of us know well: stress turns into irritability, loneliness hides behind a busy schedule, depression gets disguised as anger. And all the while, the message is clear
