At Healgood Holistic Counseling Center, we are committed to ethical, transparent, and respectful care. Clients have the right to access their health care records, ask questions about their care, and raise concerns when needed. The information below explains how to do so.

Requesting Health Care Records

Clients have the right to request copies of their health care records in accordance with applicable state and federal law, including HIPAA and Texas law.

Once your request is received, we will provide guidance on next steps and any required documentation. Verification of identity may be required prior to the release of records. Requests are processed in compliance with privacy and security standards and laws.

Contacting the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC)

The Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council regulates licensed professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, social workers, and related licensees in Texas.
