    Our weekly adolescent DBT skills groups teach clients skills that enhance their ability to understand and cope with emotions and deal more effectively with problems they experience.

    The DBT skills modules include: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.

    Our weekly Healing Circles are both a process and support group for those looking for a supportive community to help them navigate life’s. We invite you to join us in experiencing the power that community and connection has in building self-awareness, healing, and growth.

    A weekly, in-person process and skills-based support group for curious teens exploring neurodivergence.

  • Embodied Self-Compassion Workshop

    This workshop is designed for individuals seeking to deepen their understanding of self-compassion and embodiment, regardless of prior mindfulness experience. It welcomes people from various backgrounds, age groups (adults only, 18+), and professions.
