Our Approach
Where compassion meets clinically-grounded care.
We provide thoughtful, individualized care grounded in evidence-based practices and a holistic understanding of each person’s experience. Our work considers biological, psychological, relational, environmental, and socio-cultural factors to support meaningful, sustainable change.
Our team includes both advanced, specialty-licensed clinicians and clinicians in supervised training. All are committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and evidence-informed care.
We intentionally match each client with a therapist who aligns with their needs, preferences, and goals. This may be an experienced clinician or a clinician-in-training working under close supervision. Regardless of where you begin, you can expect collaborative, attuned, and well-supported care.
Our Values
What connects us at Healgood is our shared values.
-

Collaboration
Counseling is a collaborative journey between therapist and client. We believe our clients are the experts of their own lives. We support our clients in processing of their past, self-discovery, and goal setting which allows them to build their life worth living.
-

Compassion
We believe that compassionate understanding and care leads to long-lasting change. We offer our clients a compassionate path toward transformation - one that promotes insights, exploration, connection, and self-empowerment.
-

Authenticity
Authentic therapist-client relationships generate the best therapeutic outcomes. Our therapists engage with their clients authentically and bring their own unique strengths, experiences, approaches, and personalities to the work they do with their clients.
-

Holistic Care
A holistic approach to healing considers each individual's unique biological, psychological, and socio-cultural factors and how these factors interact to impact their health and well-being. As such, we collaborate closely with other health providers.
