An Afternoon of Reflection, Creativity & Connection

Friday, January 15, 2027 | 1–3 PM
Healgood Collective | Northwest Austin
Facilitated by Chelsea Fielder-Jenks, LPC-S, CEDS-C, PMH-C

The start of a new year often comes with pressure to set goals, make changes, and figure out what's next. But what if, instead, we gave ourselves permission to slow down, reflect, and explore what we want for ourselves in the year ahead?

Join us for an afternoon of creative reflection, intention-setting, and connection at the Healgood Collective's annual Vision Board Social!

This two-hour guided workshop offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, reflect on the year behind you, and explore your hopes, intentions, and possibilities for 2027.

Through guided reflection prompts and plenty of unhurried creative time, you'll create a visual representation of what you'd like to cultivate in the year ahead—personally, professionally, or wherever life is taking you.

There's no right way to make a vision board, no artistic experience required, and certainly no expectation to have everything figured out.

Just an invitation to make some time for yourself, get creative, and connect with others doing the same.

What to Expect

✦ Guided Reflection & Intention-Setting: Thoughtful prompts and experiential activities to help you reflect on the past year and explore your hopes, priorities, and intentions for the year ahead.

✦ Creative Vision Boarding: Plenty of time to browse, cut, arrange, layer, and create a vision board that's uniquely yours.

✦ All Supplies Provided: We'll have an assortment of magazines, collage materials, stickers, cutouts, scissors, glue, markers, pens, and more! You're also welcome to bring personal photos, magazines, textiles, or other collage materials you'd like to incorporate.

✦ Community & Connection: Enjoy a relaxed, welcoming environment to create alongside fellow professionals, share ideas, and connect.

Who's Invited?

This gathering is open to mental health, healthcare, and helping professionals—including therapists, dietitians, physicians, psychiatrists, and others working in care and healing—as well as graduate students pursuing careers in related fields.

Whether you're an experienced professional, just beginning your career, or still completing your education, you're welcome here!

No continuing education credits are offered. This gathering is intended for personal reflection, creativity, and community connection rather than professional training.

Registration & Equity Pricing

Registration: $45–$95 | Limited to 7 participants

All registration tiers include the same guided workshop experience and materials.

We offer equity-based pricing to support financial accessibility while recognizing the resources, preparation, and time involved in creating and facilitating these experiences.

Guidance for Selecting Your Rate

  • Choose the Sustaining, Community Supporter, or Pay-It-Forward Rate if you have stable income, savings, or financial resources that allow you to pay one of these rates without significant hardship.

  • Choose the Equity, Supported, or Community Rate if paying one of the higher rates would affect your ability to meet basic needs, such as housing or groceries, or if you're navigating financial circumstances such as job loss, significant medical expenses, or supporting dependents.

This system relies on participants choosing the highest rate that is comfortably accessible to them. Doing so helps sustain these offerings while making lower-cost registration available to others.

$45 — Equity Rate

For participants for whom the Supported Rate or higher would create a financial barrier.

$55 — Supported Rate

For participants for whom the Community Rate or higher would create a financial barrier.

$65 — Community Rate

For participants who can comfortably contribute above the Supported Rate but for whom the Sustaining Rate would create a financial barrier.

$75 — Sustaining Rate

This rate supports the costs of offering the event, including materials, preparation, facilitation, and other workshop expenses.

This rate is intended for participants for whom the Community Supporter Rate would create a financial barrier.

$85 — Community Supporter Rate

This rate more fully supports the offering, including workshop development, preparation, facilitation, and the time involved in creating and hosting the event.

This rate is intended for participants for whom the Pay-It-Forward Rate would create a financial barrier. Choosing this rate also helps make reduced-rate registration possible within our professional community.

$95 — Pay-It-Forward Rate

This rate reflects additional financial flexibility and helps further support accessible opportunities for creative reflection and community connection by offsetting reduced-rate registration for other participants.

Higher registration tiers do not include additional benefits. Your contribution simply helps make lower-cost registration possible for another participant while helping sustain our practice and offerings.

A Little Time Just for You

Whether your vision for 2027 is clear, uncertain, or somewhere in between, we hope you'll join us for an afternoon of creativity, reflection, and connection.

Come as you are, enjoy the process, and leave with something uniquely yours.

Space is limited to 7 participants. Reserve your seat today!
